We’ve compiled a list of festivities you won’t want to miss this Memorial Day Weekend in Portland.
Paddle for Life® Dragon Boat Races at Vancouver Lake, WA - May 24th-25th
From recreational and elite teams to groups having fun for a great cause, people will be putting their paddling skills to the test. Dragon Boat Races are held every year during Memorial Day Weekend. This is the second year the races will benefit disabled veterans programs.
Portland Rose Festival at Various Locations - May 23rd-June 8th
The Portland Rose Festival is celebrating its 126th anniversary this year! This year’s festival features three parades, concerts, fireworks, races, and more. If you’re feeling competitive, participate in the golf tournament or Rose City Sing-Off. The CityFair will be back this year with your favorite carnival games and rides. Watch the Rose Queen get crowned at the Coronation and smell the flowers at the country’s largest Annual Rose Show.
